Work schedule will be Full Time on the Night shift, 3 twelve hour shifts a week, rotating weekends.
Summary
The staff nurse is a professional nurse who, with minimal supervision, is responsible for providing nursing care to patients. Patient care includes assessment, interventions, and reassessments of the patient. The nurse is also responsible for planning, implementing, educating, and evaluating care of patients/caregivers.
Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned
Must be able to use medical equipment, patient records, reports, and computer
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
Current RN license in the State of Alabama
Current BLS certification
CPI certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (can be obtained at COA)
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications
Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State
Basic Life Support
Education with Equivalent Qualifications
Associate of Science Nursing in Nursing
Experience With Equivalent Qualifications
Schedule: 3 twelve hour shifts a week, rotating weekends, Night Shift, 12-Hour Shifts
