We are a small, growing group private practice dedicated to serving diverse communities, and we’re seeking clinicians who want to do meaningful work in a supportive, flexible, and growth-oriented environment.
Positions Available

Bilingual Mental Health Therapist (Spanish and/or Punjabi/Hindi preferred).
Culturally Responsive Mental Health Therapist (experience serving diverse and underrepresented communities strongly preferred).
Clinicians with lived experience, specialized training, or strong clinical experience with culturally diverse populations are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do

Provide culturally responsive therapy to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, including:
Young children (ages 0–12) and their families.
Clients navigating maternal and paternal mental health (perinatal/postpartum).
Children, adolescents, and adults.
BIPOC, immigrant, and multicultural communities.
Intercultural and interracial couples.
Faith-based clients (Christian, Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, and others).
Position Overview

As a Mental Health Therapist (Licensed), you will provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a hybrid setting.
Work Setting Includes

In-person services at our Sacramento office (95825).
Telehealth services from home.
Minimum requirement: At least one day per week providing in-person services.
You will serve clients with commercial insurance and/or Medi-Cal (if applicable).
Location Requirement

Candidates must be currently located in the Greater Sacramento area.
This Role Is Ideal For Clinicians Who Want To

Build a caseload in a supportive, non-burnout environment.
Supplement existing income while growing a private practice caseload.
Caseload Expectations

Part-time caseloads typically build within 3–6 months.
Full-time caseloads typically build within 6–9 months.
We provide support to help you grow sustainably.
Qualifications

Active California license as one of the following:
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Eligible for independent practice:
Commitment to culturally responsive, ethical care.
Spanish and/or Punjabi/Hindi preferred (bilingual role).
Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Maintain timely, insurance-compliant documentation.
Coordinate care and provide referrals as needed.
Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth.
Schedule & Flexibility

W-2 employee (at-will).
Start part-time, with opportunity to grow to full-time within 6–9 months.
Minimum: 10 billable hours/week.
Part-time: 10–23 billable hours/week.
Full-time: 24–34 billable hours/week.
You set your schedule and decide how many hours you want to work.
Build your caseload at a pace that works for you.
Compensation

$62 – $79/hour (based on years of post-licensure experience and bilingual status).
Supervision & Support

Paid weekly clinical consultation/team meetings to support collaboration, case consultation, and ongoing professional development.
