Job Summary
Schedule: Mon‑Fri, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm (no weekends, no holidays). Additional locations: Pickerington, Grant & New Albany (travel to nearby OhioHealth sites may be required based on clinic needs). We’re looking for an organized, patient‑focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine clinic in Reynoldsburg, OH. In this role you will support daily clinic operations by rooming patients, managing MyChart messages and phone calls, and coordinating care between visits. You’ll also schedule and follow up on sleep studies, assist with CPAP evaluations, obtain vitals, and help patients with results and equipment orders. Administrative and triage tasks are also expected, with occasional travel for coverage. This position is ideal for LPNs desiring a stable, supportive outpatient environment.
Responsibilities
Room patients upon arrival.
Manage MyChart messages and phone calls.
Coordinate care between visits.
Schedule and follow up on sleep studies.
Assist with CPAP evaluations.
Obtain vitals and support patients with results and equipment orders.
Handle administrative and triage tasks, balancing patient‑facing and back‑end duties.
Travel to nearby OhioHealth sites as needed.
Participate in process‑improvement activities to achieve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance targets.
Contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives as part of a High Reliability Organization.
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license in good standing.
Associate’s Degree (Required).
BLS certification.
Experience in ambulatory or pulmonary settings preferred (not required).
Strong communication, patient‑focused skills, and ability to manage both clinical and administrative duties.
Work Shift: Day
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
