We’re looking for a TikTok Content Creator to help bring multiple eCommerce brands to life through high-performing, trend-forward creative.

This role helps coordinate and create the content that drives results. You’ll be responsible for identifying what works, producing it quickly, and helping scale winning concepts across brands.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute creative strategy across multiple eCommerce clients—focused on growth, engagement, and revenue
  • Create, film, and edit short-form video content designed to perform (not just look good)
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and platform shifts—translating them into brand-relevant, conversion-focused content
  • Develop and iterate on repeatable content formats (UGC styles, hooks, series, ad concepts) that can scale across accounts
  • Analyze performance data and rapidly iterate based on what’s working (hooks, angles, formats, offers)
  • Contribute to creative testing pipelines—bringing new ideas weekly and refining winners
  • Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when needed to produce authentic content
  • Support content shoots, batching, and creative production across multiple brands
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience growing or managing TikTok accounts (personal or brand), ideally with performance-driven results
  • Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and what drives watch time, engagement, and conversions
  • Experience creating short-form video from concept → hook → edit → publish
  • Proficient in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software
  • Strong creative instincts with a bias toward what performs, not just aesthetics
  • Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging across different brands and audiences
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

  • Experience with DTC/eCommerce brands and/or paid social creative is a strong plus
