If candidate is local (within 50 miles from the facility) BR will be at the local rate.
Will accept PTA: Yes. Outpatient experience is preferred. Will accept new grads: yes. Will accept first-time travelers: yes. Float to other clinics: yes – travelers may split, float, or be placed at Beacon OR or Club Northwest OR.
Patient population: general outpatient. 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
The REMIT bill rate schedule for OR has been updated. Please refer to the definitions and rates below when submitting candidates.
Level 1 PTs - 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience
Level 2 PTs - greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience
Local: within 50 miles of the clinic
Traveler: more than 50 miles from the clinic
