POSITION SUMMARY
This event will take place in Miami Beach, FL from Wednesday, May 6th to Saturday, May 9th. This will be a 4‑day internship and availability for all four days is required.
Set‑Up/Prep + Training Day
Thursday, May 7th: Shift Time - TBD. These will be fully immersive setup days where you’ll be supporting the CLD Events team in getting the venue fully ready for the activation. This can include assisting with event build‑out, organizing and setting up product displays, preparing activation spaces, supporting load‑in logistics, inventory management, styling and merchandising support, and general production assistant tasks to ensure everything is event‑ready.
Friday, May 8th – VIP preview day
Shift Time – 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Responsibilities may include guest check‑in and welcoming, guiding attendees through the space, supporting flow of the activation, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a seamless elevated guest experience.
Saturday, May 9th – Pop‑Up Event (high‑volume day with thousands of attendees)
Shift Time – 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Responsibilities will be similar to Friday, including guest check‑in, crowd flow support, assisting throughout the activation, and helping ensure all attendees have a smooth and engaging experience.
