Radiology Technologist – Family Medicine (Clinic Setting)
PeaceHealth is growing its ambulatory X‑ray teams across multiple family medicine clinics in Vancouver, Washington. We’re looking for Radiologic Technologists who prefer a clinic‑based environment over hospital work and enjoy consistency, autonomy, and patient‑centered care.
Location: PeaceHealth, Vancouver, WA – Multiple Clinic Locations
Position Type: Full‑time day shifts and variable per diem opportunities
Pay: $40.11–$60.17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Do
Prepare exam rooms and ensure imaging equipment is ready
Review patient history, prior images, and orders before each exam
Perform standard X‑ray exams using accurate positioning and safety practices
Communicate clearly and calmly with patients during exams
Adjust exams based on patient needs or unexpected findings
Follow radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles
Confirm pregnancy status when appropriate
Perform occasional portable or surgical X‑rays with proper precautions
Keep workflow organized and complete documentation in a timely manner
Support students or new caregivers as needed
Assist with general patient care tasks within your scope and training

What You Bring
Education & Credentials
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
ARRT certification in Radiography
BLS required at hire
Experience & Skills
One year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
Comfort working independently in a clinic setting
Understanding of age‑specific patient needs
Venipuncture skills
PACS/RIS experience (ImageCast/CareCast preferred)
Clear communication and strong organization skills
