Physical Therapist (PT) - Build & Lead a New Clinic — Kent, Washington. Full-Time | $42-$50 per hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. Join FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Kent, WA. FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a brand-new clinic in Kent, Washington, and we are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who wants the rare opportunity to build a clinic from the ground up — and grow into a Clinical Director role. This is more than a staff PT position. This is a leadership-track opportunity for someone who wants to shape clinic culture, develop referral relationships, and grow a thriving outpatient practice.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care
Provide vestibular and balance rehabilitation (preferred)
Build community and physician referral relationships
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Assist in growing clinic operations and mentoring future staff
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
Active Washington State PT license (or eligible)
Outpatient experience preferred
Vestibular and balance experience strongly preferred
Leadership mindset with interest in clinic growth
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
