This is a full‑time role with consistent hours and a rotating schedule that delivers a 4‑day weekend every other week.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in protecting product quality and supporting production through consistent, accurate inspection and documentation.
Perform in‑process and final inspections on manufactured parts
Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Conduct destructive and non‑destructive testing as required
Apply basic SPC techniques to monitor process performance
Review batch records, logs, and documentation for accuracy
Support operators with inspection methods and Good Documentation Practices
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
Work closely with production and Quality leadership to address issues early

Manufacturing experience required; Quality experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable following written procedures and documentation standards
Willingness to learn inspection techniques and Quality processes
Clear communication and teamwork skills
