Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Welder role located in Casper, WY. The welder will be responsible for executing a variety of welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, ensuring the strength and precision of assembled components. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling, repairing, and fabricating metal structures and equipment using specified materials and methods. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Experience with MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Arc Welding techniques

Proficiency in general Welding tasks, including assembling, joining, and repairing metal components

Familiarity with a variety of Materials typically used in industrial manufacturing and production

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Skill in using hand tools, cutting equipment, and measuring instruments relevant to welding

Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols

Prior experience in industrial or energy-related manufacturing is a plus

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; certification in welding preferred but not required
