The role is essential to maintaining stable production flow, high-quality standards, and consistent output of very small, tight-tolerance parts in a regulated manufacturing environment.
The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Set up and operate CNC machines and related production equipment
Run production jobs on precision components with very small geometries
Perform in-process inspection and quality verification
Use comparator and microscope inspection tools for precision checking
Perform deburring operations as required
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Troubleshoot setup and machining issues to maintain quality and uptime
Support consistent production output across the shift
Machines, Tools & Equipment
You will work with:
CNC milling and Swiss-style machining equipment
Tsugami CNC machines (strongly preferred experience)
Precision inspection tools:
Optical comparator
Microscope inspection systems
Deburring tools
Materials & Parts
Very small precision-machined components
Tight-tolerance production parts requiring high attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Required
3+ years CNC milling setup experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience performing precision inspection using comparator and microscope
Experience working with very small parts
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work additional hours as needed
Preferred
Tsugami CNC machine experience (strongly preferred)
Swiss machining experience
Experience in high-precision manufacturing environments
