
Quality Control Technician

Thompson First Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Technician to support product quality and compliance within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure all products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Conduct routine testing and document results in accordance with SOPs and GMP guidelines
Review batch records, labeling, and packaging for accuracy and compliance
Identify and report deviations, non‑conformances, and quality issues
Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing (pharma, food, or regulated industry preferred)
Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO standards is a plus
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently or on a team
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Shift:
1st Shift: 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday
2nd Shift: 5:30 pm to 4 am, Monday through Thursday
