Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Outpatient Therapist. The position is based in Mooresville, NC, but allows for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include providing child and adolescent individual, family, and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with clients and their families, and maintaining proper documentation and case records. The therapist will operate in a supportive and dynamic environment designed to foster positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
Experience in providing Family Therapy and Social Work services
Strong knowledge of Psychology and therapeutic frameworks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Current licensure in the state of North Carolina (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required
