Dental Assistant – Celebration, FL
Front Street Family Dentistry, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. Mon‑Fri schedule. No weekends. Open to new dental assistant graduates. $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

Job Responsibilities
Greet patients, ensure comfort, and provide education throughout treatment.
Conduct thorough review of patient health history.
Take and process x‑rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
Provide chairside assistance (four‑handed dentistry) during procedures in accordance with state law.
Use Dentrix for scheduling and record‑keeping.
Prepare treatment room with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA & CDC recommendations.
Manage supply and inventory levels; place and expedite orders as needed.
Partner with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize workflow.

Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
If required by state law, dental assistant and/or x‑ray certification.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Regular HIPAA training and commitment to protecting PHI.
Preferred Experience
1+ year in a dental setting.
Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
Dental assisting school certification.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation; reasonable accommodations available.
Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Availability for periodic virtual or in‑person training.
New hires must complete a TB test (not required in FL & TN).
