Duties
Expanded Duties Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture. By joining our team, you will have:
Work-Life Balance: Monday‑Friday, 7:45 am–5 pm
Time Off: Up to 3 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays (PTO rolls over)
Parental Leave: Up to 3 weeks paid

Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable
Set up and break down operatory post‑treatment
Take dental radiographs (x‑rays)
Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Provide patients with follow‑up instructions following all dental treatment procedures
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Compensation
$23‑25 hr + $500 sign‑on bonus
Qualifications
Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify
X‑ray certification where state regulations specify

Working environment & physical requirements:
