About The Practice
Corewell Health Rivertown Internal Medicine and Pediatrics is located at 3185 Macatawa Dr in Grandville. Our team consists of 5 Doctors and 4 APPs. Our patient panel consists of a good balance of pediatric and adult patients, about 50/50. We are a very busy office with a lot of growth potential for newer MA's. We believe you learn best by doing and like to see the growth of new team members. Teamwork is very important to the success of our Rivertown Team. We have a staff who work very well together to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
About Outpatient Clinics

There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Scope of work
As a Medical Assistant with Corewell Health, you'll be a member of our clinical support team and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of the best possible care. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Successful completion of a competency-based medical assistant training program Required
1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting Preferred
AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
One of the following Required within 120 Days
AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA)
NCCT Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
NAHP Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
