Job Description
As a labor and delivery nurse (RN L&D), you will care for women and newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages of childbirth. This includes coaching women throughout the birthing process, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and managing potential complications. You may also assist in cesarean sections and provide education and guidance to new mothers regarding recovery and infant care.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
Active RN license
