Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Schedule 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm
Schedule 2: Friday 7:00pm-7:00am
Location/Setting: Sebring 33870
Acuity: High, Trach/Vent

Responsibilities
Our LPNs/LVNs work together to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes in homecare settings.
Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Must have reliable transportation.
