Description
Confirming demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment.
Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times.
Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.
Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of Customer Service work experience
Ability to communicate proactively and effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, IN.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
