Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established healthcare organization for multiple contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunities located in the Downtown Indianapolis area! Responsibilities include confirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure. Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times. Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered. Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination.
Requirements include some office, food service, or retail experience required. Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required!
Work Hours (Multiple Options Available): 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule with alternating weekends. 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM availability M-F. 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM M-F.
