What You’ll Do
Partner with leadership to drive recruiting, retention, and succession‑planning strategies.
Evaluate and improve recruitment practices to keep St. Luke ahead of the curve.
Lead onboarding and orientation to foster positive employee engagement.
Develop training and career‑growth programs for staff.
Research compensation trends to ensure competitive pay and attract top talent.
Administer benefits and recommend enhancements to keep the package competitive.
Manage FMLA requests and leave administration to support employees during critical life events.
Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Guide resolution of employee‑relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Human Resources, related field, or comparable experience.
Proven HR‑management success.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Empathy, tact, and strong listening skills when working with employees.
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
Position Details
Full‑time, day shift.
On‑site role in Mission Valley.
