Job Description
Server role responsible for managing employee talent profiles and integrating them across performance management, learning, succession planning, and recruiting functions.
Maintain and manage employee talent profiles, ensuring accurate records of skills, qualifications, and career interests.
Integrate talent profile data with performance management, learning, and succession planning modules.
Use talent profiles to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
Support career and succession planning by analyzing employee competencies and identifying potential internal candidates for key roles.
Assist recruiting by matching internal candidates to open positions based on skills and experience.
Utilize talent ratings to assess performance, potential, and readiness for development or promotion.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM.
Knowledge of talent management processes: performance management, learning, succession planning, and recruiting.
Ability to analyze and interpret employee data to inform HR decisions.
Familiarity with competency frameworks, certifications, and other HR data structures.
Attention to detail, data‑driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Communication skills to collaborate with HR teams, managers, and employees.
