Description
Our Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences is seeking to hire a full-time Division Coordinator to join our Neuromodulation Division. The Neuromodulation Division brings together experts from across campus to advance understanding of the brain and to develop innovative treatments for psychiatric and neurological disorders. You will provide a wide range of administrative, operational, and communications support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the division.
Manage scheduling, tracking systems, databases, and vendor coordination
Respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, students, and administrative partners
Support recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and site visits
Assist with special projects, committees, and task forces
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Support internal and external communications, including website content and coordination with campus and health system partners
Salary range: 30.36/hr - $43.49/hr
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations and/or administration
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with others
Solid and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of academic and/or administrative structure of institutions of higher education (preferred)
Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
