Under the general direction of the Director of HR or designee, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the property, ensuring that all hiring activities are conducted in a professional, timely, and compliant manner consistent with company policies, tribal regulations, and the Navajo Preference in Employment Act (NPEA).
This position develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across all levels of the organization—from entry-level team members to department leadership roles.
The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with department heads and the Corporate HR team to ensure workforce needs are met, hiring practices support retention and diversity goals, and candidates experience a consistent and positive onboarding journey. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
