$50,000 - $55,000 base salary

What You'll Do
Obtain and verify vendor order acknowledgements
Provide purchase order updates to sales (dates, delays, changes)
Assist with PO updates, including costs and delivery dates
Reconcile invoice discrepancies with buyers
Partner with receiving to share required paperwork
Build working relationships with vendor contacts
Support consignment management and system updates
Maintain reports, records, and OnTime Delivery data
Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors
What We're Looking For
Required
6-12 months of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Associate\'s Degree
Location
This position is
100% onsite
at our

facility.
