Healthcare Recruiter (Non-Clinical) - Talent Acquisition

The Tenor Health Foundation is seeking a Recruiter based in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, managing interview processes, and fostering relationships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of recruiting experience, a high school diploma, and preferably a bachelor's degree in HR or business. Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
