Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated
Maintenance Helper
to assist our maintenance team in keeping our industrial laundry facility running smoothly. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to start a career in maintenance or industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist maintenance technicians with basic repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Help move, clean, and organize tools, parts, and supplies.
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment, work areas, and facility as directed.
Monitor machinery for unusual noises, leaks, or other issues and report them to the maintenance team.
Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support other general maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
