Position Overview
We are seeking reliable
Packing Operators
who can start immediately to prepare, pack, and organize items for shipment at our Hialeah operations.
Key Responsibilities
Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment
Label and organize outgoing orders
Inspect items for accuracy and quality
Maintain clean and organized packing areas
Assist with inventory and stock organization
Follow warehouse safety guidelines and procedures
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
Ability to start
immediately
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift and move materials safely
Strong attention to detail and speed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
$16–$22 per hour (experience-based)
