The Associate Attorney is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Responsibilities
Preparing legal documents and briefs.
Conducting legal research and writing.
Handling pre‑litigation cases.
Drafting legal documents.
Participating in mediations and negotiations.
Managing cases from inception to resolution.
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience practicing law with a plaintiff personal injury focus.
At least 1 year of experience practicing law in Arizona.
At least 1 year of legal research experience.
Current bar licensure in Arizona.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong academic credentials and employment history in related field.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Pay and Benefits
$110,000+ and up annually, DOE. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
