We have partnered with a well-established Southern New Hampshire law firm in search to hire a Trust & Estate Attorney! This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client-facing work, sophisticated planning matters, and end-to-end estate administration within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Manage estate and trust administration, including probate filings, asset transfers, and fiduciary accountings
Represent clients in probate court proceedings and estate-related disputes
Draft and review estate planning documents for legal and tax compliance
Provide guidance on estate/gift tax planning, asset protection, and charitable strategies
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals on wealth planning strategies
Qualifications
J.D. and admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or eligibility for admission)
3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
Strong understanding of New Hampshire probate and tax laws
Excellent drafting, research, and client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
