Overview:
Hiring a part‑time Five9 Administrator to provide interim, remote support. This role will support day‑to‑day Five9 operations while a long‑term solution is evaluated.
Responsibilities:
Five9 user administration and access management
Configuration and support of call routing, IVRs, and SMS messaging
Troubleshooting and handling urgent operational issues as they arise
Engagement Details:
Fully remote
Flexible hours with availability during normal business hours preferred
