The Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed, experienced technician who can handle both installation and service work across:
Burglar alarm systems (Qolsys, DSC, Alarm.com)
Video surveillance (IP cameras, NVRs, networking)
Access control systems
Fire alarm systems
This is a role for someone who wants to:

Responsibilities
Install, program, and service alarm, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently
Maintain clean, organized, and professional installations
Communicate clearly with customers on‑site
Complete jobs on schedule and document work performed
Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
Valid Connecticut low voltage license (L5, L6, C5, or C6)
3+ years of hands‑on field experience (installation AND service)
Strong troubleshooting ability
Valid driver’s license and clean record

Compensation & Benefits
$35–45/hour based on experience and performance
