
Travel Physical Therapist - $1,926 per week

Overview
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Piscataway, New Jersey.
Position details: Specialty: Physical Therapist; Discipline: Therapy; Duration: 13 weeks; Hours: 40 hours per week; Shift: 8 hours, days; Employment Type: Travel.
Responsibilities
Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines for the facility.
Understand and comply with the state PT board rules and regulations.
Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
Understand adaptive equipment and its use.
Evaluate and create a plan of care; modify plan of care as indicated based on patient condition.
Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks.
Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must have 6 months of experience; new grads are encouraged to apply. BLS and state-specific licensing required.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods; ability to bend, lean, or stoop as needed.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
2 years of experience (as referenced in requirements) – please ensure local requirements are met.
