Serving clients aged 18 and above, we offer both online therapy services across Missouri and Kansas and in-person sessions in Blue Springs, MO. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Blue Springs, MO, for a Fully Independent Licensed Level Therapist at Middle Path Counseling MO/KS. The therapist will deliver high-quality therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as DBT and EMDR. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining thorough client records, and collaborating with other counselors to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role also requires participating in team meetings and continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with team members and working with clients
Fully independent licensure in the state of Missouri (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent for therapists)
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with evidence-based practices
This is a HYBRID or IN-PERSON Role. Must be able to see clients at 5PM or 6PM at least 1 night a week. We are willing to train the right people!
This is a W2 Role with Major Insurance, Dental and Vision (BCBS Insurance).
