What You’ll Do
Perform TIG, MIG, Stick, Laser, and orbital welding on pressure vessels, tubing systems, and complex assemblies.
Produce x‑ray quality and ASME ‘U’ code welds to engineering specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and layouts.
Complete joint prep, fit‑ups, hygienic welds, and finish grinding.
Work independently on challenging, custom jobs in a dynamic shop environment.
Safely use cranes, weld positioners, grinders, gauges, and inspection tools.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and document work as required.
What We’re Looking For
0–4 years welding experience at the Welder III skill level preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience or exposure to pressure vessel or hygienic welding.
Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands‑on shop environment.
Team‑focused mindset with an ownership mentality.

Flexible Schedule Options
Early shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Compressed workweeks (four 9‑hour days + one shorter day, four 10‑hour days)
Split shifts
Second shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM)
Once agreed upon, schedules are expected to remain consistent.
