Requirements
Licensure : Any active state license accepted.
Experience : At least 2 years of independent clinical social work practice within the past 5 years in a mental health setting (working with adults, children, or teens as applicable).
Skills :
Expertise in conducting psychosocial assessments and providing treatment to diverse populations.
Ability to offer various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy.
Certification : Active BLS certification.
Core Responsibilities
Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families.
Perform psychosocial evaluations to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
Deliver therapy across modalities, including play, group, and family therapy.
Support children, adolescents, and families dealing with:
Adjustment disorders, anxiety, and attention deficit disorders.
Emotional trauma, abuse, eating disorders, and medical-related psychological challenges.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best care for patients.
