Position Overview
We’re excited to welcome a dedicated Metal Fabricator / Roll Form Operator to our production team! In this hands‑on role, you’ll set up and operate roll‑forming and tube‑mill equipment to produce high‑quality metal components. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help ensure we deliver outstanding products to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities
Set up and safely operate roll‑forming and tube‑mill machinery.
Monitor equipment cycles and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
Inspect materials and finished products to meet specifications.
Interpret job travelers, blueprints, and production instructions.
Load steel coils and feed materials; cut and deburr tubes to required lengths.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Communicate clearly with team members and elevate issues as needed.
Work Schedule
Full‑time, first‑shift position.
Standard schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Opportunities for optional overtime to support production demands.
Enjoy a consistent schedule with a three‑day weekend every week.
What You Bring
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a solid work history.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred But Not Required
Experience with TIG welding, fabrication, or sheet metal.
Familiarity with calipers, gauges, or other measurement tools.
Experience operating machines or performing quality inspections.
