Key Responsibilities
Float between skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Essex & Morris County
Perform comprehensive wound evaluations, physical exams, and patient assessments
Operate UltraMIST device for advanced wound therapy (full training provided)
Order and interpret labs, vascular testing, and EKGs as clinically indicated
Build and manage individualized wound care treatment plans
Document all visits via mobile EMR on provided iPad
Educate patients, families, and facility care teams on wound care protocols
Partner with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams across facilities
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted New Jersey NP license
AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, ANP, CNM, CNS, or DNP credential
DEA license and prescriptive authority required
Minimum 1 year wound care, skilled nursing, or post‑acute care experience (LPN experience considered)
Autonomous, organized, and comfortable managing a mobile multi‑facility territory
Mobile EMR proficiency and strong technology comfort required

3 days/week: $96,000–$99,000/year
4 days/week: $128,000–$132,000/year
