Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with our facility\'s policies and procedures
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and oxygen levels
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including rotating weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
