Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sub-Assembly Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Orlando, FL. This role involves building, wiring, and testing electronic and mechanical assemblies such as power distribution boxes, control panels, communication systems, joysticks, and related components. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs; installing LEDs, push buttons, switches, handles, and fasteners; routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires; conducting functional and workmanship inspections; and accurately documenting results in our MRP system.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include building, wiring, and testing electronic and mechanical assemblies; reading blueprints, schematics, and BOMs; installing LEDs, push buttons, switches, handles, and fasteners; routing, dressing, stripping, and crimping wires; conducting functional and workmanship inspections; and accurately documenting results in the MRP system.
Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on assembly experience (aerospace, defense, industrial, automotive)
Proficient in crimping, soldering, torque tools
Familiar with continuous improvement methods (6S, Kaizen)
High school diploma required; associate’s degree, IPC 610, or OSHA 10 certification a plus
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, reliable, team-oriented
Conversion to permanent employment is available after 12 months, contingent upon meeting technical and behavioral milestones.
