Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
Take digital X-rays
Set up and break down treatment rooms
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
Maintain proper infection control protocols
Help keep the schedule running smoothly
Qualifications
Dental Assistant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, professional, and team-oriented
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Experience with Dentrix or other dental software is a plus
Compensation
