We are looking for a Construction Services "Construction Company Office Administrative Staff" with proven experience to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring company policies compliance, accounting support, preparing employee scheduling, payroll records, construction field support, accuracy of system data, social media postings, for OSBSCORP DFW (4) Construction Divisions teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare construction crews field force schedules, ensuring accuracy of field data, utilizing electronic dispatch data base.

Ability to accurately track employees and contractor's activities with OSBS systems.

Effective communication skill sets.

Create new processes to improve processes.

Report analysis and findings to management team.

Accounting.

Inventory Management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in electronic time management systems.

Fundamental knowledge of construction industry.

Strong experience with current computer operating systems.

Detail and deadline-oriented.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong work ethics.
