Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour ($3,000 sign on bonus | $1,000 once hired | $2,000 after 3 months)
Shift: 1st Shift – 6 AM to 4 PM, 2nd Shift – 3:45 PM to 1:45 AM, Monday – Thursday

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Prior manufacturing or rotational molding experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable and consistent attendance required

Responsibilities
Operate production equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments used in plant operations
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure work is completed on schedule and in compliance with established procedures
Maintain strong working relationships with team members, contractors, and support company operational goals
Assist in training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities and work areas
Identify work priorities, meet deadlines, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Assist with troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues, including working in tight or confined spaces and performing physical labor when required
Ensure assembly quality, consistency, and final product standards are met
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
