Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will work in a fun, team-oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Your strong attention to detail and safety orientation will play a key role in producing printed circuit boards for the military and aerospace markets. The best part is we offer training!
We have a unique work schedule which entails working alternating 4* day & 5 day weeks.
Production Schedules
1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (5 Day Week) & 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (4 Day Week)
2nd Shift - 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM (5 Day Week) & 3:45 PM - 1:15 AM (4 Day Week)
3rd Shift - 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (5 Day Week) & 9:45 PM - 7:15 AM (4 Day Week)
4th Shift - 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Friday of this week - work may be scheduled based on business needs.
Note: Some department schedules may vary slightly.
Training for 2nd and 3rd shift roles may require flexibility to train on 1st shift for up to 90 days.
Responsibilities
Monitors and maintains quality production and record quality data.
Reads and be aware of blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.
Cross trains on operations within multiple areas.
Helps the area meet all safety and production goals.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Maintains regular attendance, a essential job function of this position.
Reports all accidents, near misses and safety concerns.
Performs duties utilizing required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Participates fully in safety training and follows directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required.
Good work ethic, dependable, reliable, respectful.
Good English communication skills (verbal, written) and mathematical skills.
Good reading vision, color discrimination, depth perception, and ability to speak clearly.
Ability to perform routine tasks.
Team player who works well with others.
Adapts successfully to a changing environment.
Works up to 10 hours a day and is flexible to work overtime when needed.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds, bending, leaning, sitting and/or standing for entire shift.
Flexible and able to cross train to work in any position throughout multiple buildings.
Ability to work or come in contact with chemical, physical (noise, etc.) or biological agents.
Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

This includes being able to identify ITAR products on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents; recognizing foreign visitors by badge differentiation; understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); understanding ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
