What You Will Lead
As a Production Supervisor at Wolverine, you are responsible for your area’s performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
You Will
Set expectations clearly and follow through consistently
Reinforce safe behavior and correct unsafe actions immediately
Coach operators and develop a capable, confident team
Ensure adherence to procedures, specifications, and standard work
Maintain an organized, audit‑ready work environment
Manage labor, resources, and shift flow to meet production targets
Apply lean principles to improve processes and eliminate waste
Collaborate with supervisors across shifts for alignment and continuity

Willingness to work 8- or 12‑hour shifts, including nights/weekends as required
