What You Will Lead
As a Production Supervisor at Wolverine, you are responsible for your area’s performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Set expectations clearly and follow through consistently

Reinforce safe behavior and correct unsafe actions immediately

Coach operators and develop a capable, confident team

Ensure adherence to procedures, specifications, and standard work

Maintain an organized, audit‑ready work environment

Manage labor, resources, and shift flow to meet production targets

Apply lean principles to improve processes and eliminate waste

Collaborate with supervisors across shifts for alignment and continuity

Associate degree OR 2–4 years related supervisory experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to interpret specifications, procedures, and technical instructions

Willingness to work 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts, including nights/weekends as required
