Equipment and Fleet Mechanic
who brings a solid foundation of practical, real-world experience to our team. If you have a deep understanding of machinery and a drive to solve mechanical puzzles, we want to talk to you. Professional certifications (like ASE) are a plus, but we prioritize your demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair equipment above all else.

Key Responsibilities
Preventative Maintenance: Keep the fleet moving by performing routine oil changes, tire rotations, and comprehensive safety inspections.
Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and execute repairs on a diverse fleet, including trucks, trailers, forklifts, and heavy machinery.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the repair team to communicate issues and plan the most efficient repair paths.
Shop Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while following all safety-sensitive protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mechanical Skill: Proven experience working on heavy machinery, forklifts, or commercial vehicles.
Tools: A personal professional toolset is required for this trade.
Education & Compliance: High School Diploma or GED and a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs regularly. This role involves standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working in various (and sometimes cramped) positions.
Environment: Comfort working in a repair shop setting with exposure to grease, loud noise, and varying temperatures.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Salary: $23.00 per hour
