Job Title: Superintendent / Project Manager (Travel Required)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with project management capabilities to oversee new construction projects and mid-project takeovers. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to step into active jobs and drive them to successful completion.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day construction operations on assigned projects
Manage job sites from ground-up construction through completion
Take control of mid-construction projects and stabilize timelines, budgets, and teams
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
Communicate regularly with ownership and stakeholders on progress and issues
Review plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure execution aligns with intent
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel required to project locations including Texas, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and St. Kitts, or other locations as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple phases of construction
Experience with both new construction and taking over partially completed projects
Ability to lead teams, solve problems quickly, and adapt in dynamic environments
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience working across multiple states and international locations
Background in residential or commercial construction (adjust based on your needs)
