
Electronic Assembler, Senior

Perform PCB assembly including
SMT (surface-mount)
and
through-hole
component placement and soldering
Execute
precision soldering, de-soldering, and rework
in accordance with IPC standards (J-STD-001 / IPC-A-610)
Interpret
engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
to assemble and test electronic systems
Build, modify, and maintain
test equipment, harnesses, and electronic assemblies
Conduct
functional testing and troubleshooting
to identify and resolve defects
Ensure compliance with
ESD, safety, and quality standards
in manufacturing environments
Perform
inspection and quality checks
to maintain high-reliability product standards
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support
process improvements and new product builds
Maintain accurate
documentation, reports, and production records
Manage inventory, components, and tools to support efficient workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands‑on experience in
PCB assembly, SMT, and through-hole soldering
Strong knowledge of
IPC standards (J-STD-001 preferred)
Experience with
rework, repair, and component-level troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret
technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with
test equipment
(multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies)
Knowledge of
ESD handling procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Good communication and teamwork skills
