Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at our Baton Rouge, LA location and/or Travel for Projects out of town. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations, and problem-solving to address any on-site challenges effectively.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety compliance
Proven ability to manage budgets and implement comprehensive Project Management strategies
Excellent Organization Skills to coordinate staff and subcontractors effectively
Experience in ability to assess and mitigate risk, and ensure high-quality project execution
Proficiency with construction software and relevant tools is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience
